Jackpotjoy's help articles, updated in September 2026, say Apple Pay withdrawals go to the bank account linked to your Apple wallet within about 24 hours. Its older blog post saying you can't withdraw to Apple Pay is out of date.

Midnite moves to Gibraltar-based Midnite Limited
Midnite Limited (account 101839, Gibraltar) was granted remote casino, bingo and betting licences from 11 August 2026 and is now named as the operator of midnite.com. The previous licensee, London-based Dribble Media Limited (account 42647), still holds active licences. The date players were switched is not published.

After its H1 2026 results, FDJ United announced a review of its online markets, including the UK, that could lead to sales or exits. In April 2026 an executive had ruled out withdrawing Unibet from the UK.
SourceRank proposes £5m settlement over Grosvenor compliance failures
Rank Group said it had offered £5m to settle past Grosvenor Casinos compliance failures (1 November 2024 to 1 May 2025) and that the Commission is minded to accept. Not final at the time of writing; how much concerns online versus land-based casinos is unclear.

evoke, owner of William Hill and 888casino, agreed an all-share takeover by Bally's Intralot at about £243m. Completion is expected in Q4 2026 or Q1 2027, which would put William Hill and 888casino under the same owner as Jackpotjoy, Virgin Games and Monopoly Casino.

Done Brothers (Cash Betting) Limited was fined £825,000 for failures linked to B3 gaming machines in Betfred shops. This concerns the retail business, not the online site.

Videoslots Limited (videoslots.co.uk, mrvegas.com) received a warning, a £650,000 fine and an audit condition: deposit limits didn't work, and its anti-money-laundering scoring missed large voucher deposits.

NetBet Enterprises Limited (netbet.co.uk) paid £650,000 for anti-money-laundering and social responsibility failures, including missing harm signs such as overnight play, and must commission an independent audit.

Bonne Terre Limited (account 38718) surrendered all five remote licences. Sky Vegas and Sky Casino continue under Bonne Terre Gaming Limited (account 65519); Sky Bet moved to SBG Sports Limited.

32Red Limited (account 39430) surrendered its remote licences. www.32red.com is now operated by Platinum Gaming Limited (account 45322), the same FDJ United licensee that runs unibet.co.uk.

From 1 December 2024 the company providing Sky Vegas, Sky Casino, Sky Bingo and Sky Poker changed from Bonne Terre Limited to Bonne Terre Gaming Limited (Gibraltar, account 65519).
SourceFDJ completes takeover of Kindred Group
FDJ's tender offer passed 90%, giving it control of Kindred, owner of Unibet, 32Red and MrQ. Kindred left Nasdaq Stockholm in November 2024.
